Shipping

How much is shipping?

We ship flat rate for $4.95. If you reach a certain price point, we may have deals available for Free Shipping!

How soon will I receive my order?

Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.

• Processing time is typically 7-10 business days, which includes production and packaging for delivery.
• Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days
• Shipping times do not include weekends and holidays
• We currently only ship to the USA

You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your products are ready for delivery. 

If over 14 business days have passed since your purchase and you have not received your product(s), please feel free to contact us using the contact form on this website.

Please note that orders that include multiple products may be shipped separately.

Payment Method

How can I pay for my order?

We offer SSL secure shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA, so you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar.

What happens after I pay for my order?

Shortly after finalizing your order, you should receive an email confirmation receipt for your order. This will be emailed to the email that you provided when filling out your information for the purchase. 

If you do not receive a confirmation email, do not be alarmed. You may need to check your spam folder in case the receipt was sent to spam. It is also common that a typo is made when our customers enter their email information, so in that case they do not receive the email. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of your purchase, feel free to contact us using on our "Contact" page.

How do I place an order?

First of all, visit our store at: https://tinyDIME.com.

Choose products that you love, then click "Add to Cart" and "Check Out".

Then, fill in your information and pay.

I have a special discount code. Where do I apply it?

If you have a discount code, you will need to enter it on the check page before you complete your order. 

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, so please contact us within that time frame. For most print on demand products, change and cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. After 24 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Refund/Exchange Policy

What is your refund policy?

We want every one of our customers to find the products that are right for them. Sometimes, something just doesn't work out right... we understand and want to help you make it right. Please reach out to us using on our "Contact" page. We're here to help!

For items such as shoes and footwear, they must still be in new condition without outdoor wear to be considered for an exchange or refund. We suggest trying your shoes indoors.
