We want you to LOVE your Tiny Dime products, so we're here to serve. All our printed products are created just for you when you order.

PROCESSING TIMES:
(includes production and packaging for delivery)

  • Shirts, Hats, Leggings, and most other clothing items -Typically 7-10 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Shoes - Typically 7-10 business days (excluding holidays). Due to Covid-19, all footware is delayed. Allow 3-5 weeks for delivery at this time.
  • Necklaces, Charms, Bangles, Bracelets, and other jewelry - Typically 7-10 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Phone Grips - 2-3 weeks

SHIPPING TIMES (After Printing/Production):

  • Shirts, Hats, Leggings, and most other clothing items- Typically 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Shoes - Typically 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Necklaces, Charms, Bangles, Bracelets, and other jewelry - Typically 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Phone Grips Typically 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).
  • All other products - 10 to 21 days (excluding holidays)
  • Shipping times do NOT include weekends and holidays

You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your products are ready for delivery.

If over 20 days have passed since your purchase and you have not received your product(s), please feel free to contact us using the contact form on this website.

Please note that orders that include multiple products may be shipped separately.

Made-to-Order & Made to Serve YOU!
Tiny Dime specializes in made-to-order products. ALL our T-shirts, Tank Tops, Racers, Hoodies, Jewelry, footwear, and all printed products are made-to-order. We do not hold inventory or stock. This keeps our costs down and, in turn, helps us provide unique high-quality products to you at a low price as well!

Each print requires a different treatment so the length of production time may range from 7-14 business days from the time the order was placed. And then delivery time will be added to that. Due to the nature of on-demand printing, production may sometimes be delayed. But please rest assured we’re excited to get your order to you and will have it shipped as soon as possible.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the items that you have received within the first 14 days of receiving your product, let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right!

  • Due to the fact that your products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns. In certain circumstances we are able to offer an exchange for you instead if requested within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please contact customer service FIRST. Just go to the CONTACT page. Merchandise returned to the manufacturer without contacting customer service will not be processed correctly.

Extended Details on Shipping

Delayed Delivery

In very rare instances, packages may take longer than stated. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route (especially during busy holidays) and we ask for your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases.

This mainly occurs during the busy holiday season at the end of the year.

Any mistake made by the customer when giving shipping information such as wrong address, the wrong name that is the direct cause of a shipping issue will be at the expense of the customer and the refund policy won't apply.

Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Processing time for most products at Tiny Dime is 7-10 business days.

This is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.

Orders generally take 10-14 business days to be fully processed. Processing time allows us to verify, pack, and ship your order.

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch.

Cancelling an Order

Please place your order carefully. If you need to cancel or adjust an order, you must do so within 24 hours of your order. Contact our support should you wish to cancel your order. Our staff will try to intercept the order before it goes into production; however, we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so.

Unclaimed Orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us due to being refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and sufficient information for the item to be delivered correctly. Customer must pay any reshipping cost and a $4 service fee due to insufficient address. Refunds will not be given due to insufficient address nor refused delivery by customer. 

Customs/Duty Fees (for non-USA customers)

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery.

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not responsible for delays that may occur. Any cost associated with customs is to be paid by the customer.

Separate Packages

An order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

- Certain items may be on backorder

- Weight restrictions.

- Different designers and warehouse locations.

This will not affect the shipping priced displayed at checkout.
